1. Space hire is offered on a per-session basis. There is no guarantee of ongoing use or availability unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. The responsible person is liable for any damages and costs of replacement or repairs.

3. Space hire does not mean that Melbourne Shiatsu endorses your business, organisation, or use of the space.

4. The space cannot be used for any illegal, offensive or anti-social activities. Excessive noise or disruption to others in the building is strictly prohibited.

5. Professional indemnity insurance is mandatory if the use of the space involves providing any therapeutic treatment.

6. Hiring a space from Melbourne Shiatsu does not mean Melbourne Shiatsu employs you.
